Philipp Mathieu is the founder and owner of Mathieu & Partner AG. He has around 30 years of experience in executive search and supports companies in placing CEOs and executive board members. His focus areas span industry and manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and consumer goods.

His credo, "Personally Committed," shapes his daily work. He sees executive search as a personal partnership and supports his long-standing clients with a high level of reliability, entrepreneurial thinking, and genuine passion.

Before founding Mathieu & Partner AG, Philipp Mathieu spent many years working for established executive search firms, where he was responsible for national and international search assignments.

He holds a university degree in Economic Sociology and Computer Science, as well as a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in Business Management. Alongside his native German, he is fluent in English, French, and Portuguese at business-fluent level.

Outside of work, Philipp Mathieu is happily married and the father of two adult children. When he isn't traveling the world, he enjoys spending time in nature, playing tennis, or meeting up with family and good friends.
